Shipping Information
We offer next day, 3-day, and standard ground shipping. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the items. Orders are processed every business day and usually ship via Federal Express within 48 hours of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard ground shipping. Also, because we use Federal Express we cannot ship to PO boxes so please provide a physical address. In an effort to deliver your order as fast as possible, we will often ship directly from our suppliers. If you purchased more than one item - your order may be shipped from more than one location. Most orders with multiple items and standard shipping arrive on time, however please allow an extra few days for all your items to arrive.
Rush Shipping
ALL OVERNIGHT AND 3-DAY SHIPPING ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 11:00AM CST WILL SHIP THE SAME BUSINESS DAY. After 11:00am, orders will ship the next business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent the day your order ships.
Overnight orders will be delivered the following business day after the order shipped. Overnight shipping is delivered by the end of the business day. Saturday delivery and Priority Overnight may be available upon request for an additional fee.
3-day orders will be delivered 3-days after the order is shipped (i.e. if your order is placed before 11am CST Monday it will be delivered by the end of the business day Thursday).
